饼形色谱柱

饼形色谱柱, 或者饼形柱,(也称作色谱饼) , 它具有大的直径/柱高比，已经成功的用于完整蛋白质分离，工作压力可高达20 Mpa以上 . The separation is fast even with a low system pressure (e.g., lower than 5.0 Mpa generally). From the standpoint of good resolution under high flow rate conditions, the performance of chromatographic cakes is comparable to that of perfusion chromatography and, therefore, has superior industrial applicability. The caky columns also allow for sample injections having a relatively high viscosity and a little precipitation. When the chromatographic separation is completed with the cakes , no fixed inlet and outlet are needed. The cakes show only a small irreversible absorption on objective products, which enhances the recovery of such objective products. With the chromatographic cake, the separation, renaturation, and purification processes can be performed in one step.
